Die makers who regularly bend heavier rule should consider our Heavy Duty Bender. It is the tool of choice for 3 and 4 pt. rule. We also offer a modified version of our Heavy Duty Bender. This Modified Heavy Duty Bender has, as standard, our new vise-action die holders and locking dovetail back post.

And for those who want the latest bending technology – we now offer our innovative line of E-Z benders. These tools, the E-Z Bender Bendall and the E-Z Heavy Duty Bender have a new handle design that makes them the easiest to use for heavier rule thicknesses. The E-Z Bender Bendall can bend 2 pt. rule with just 1 lb. of force. The E-Z tools also have the modified die holder and back post design included in the price.

A Notcher to Fit Every Niche

The Helmold Standard Notcher is designed to easily notch 2 pt. rule all day long. It can also be used to notch small batches of 3 pt. rule. But if the bulk of your notching work is on 3 pt. rule, we suggest moving up to a Heavy Duty machine. The Heavy Duty Notcher has an alternate design that permits easy notching of 3 and 4 pt. rule.

And our Modified Heavy Duty Notcher includes additional modifications that extend tool life such as an adjustable male knife that can be moved forward to accommodate female knives that were previously unusable due to their level of wear.

Our latest notching innovation, the Helmold E-Z Heavy Duty Notcher requires only one fourth the handle effort previously needed for working with thicker rule. It has the new, ergonomic 4-position handle also found on the Helmold E-Z benders and includes modifications that extend the life of the male and female knives.
